Okay, so this fic has been stuck in my head for a couple of weeks. I can only remember bits of it. The most important thing is that Remus is dying. I know Harry was visiting them, and I feel like Ron and/or Hermione visited at one point as well. It's very, very sad. They're all at an isolated home somewhere. There isn't a happy ending.
